Unfortunately for shared hosting it will be a challenge, though there was a way of running artisan command as a background task, if you have access to terminal you cam start from there, also secondly you can set up reverse proxy by editing the .htaccess file if your cpanel is using nginx even better.

As an idea you can have a cron task to act like supervisor and check the health of the websockets so that it acts as a form of supervisor
